Planning is well underway with lots of work going on behind the scenes at "The Village".
Bookings for Re-enactment groups to display at this year's event have now closed. We are pleased to say we now have 15 of the very best groups representing British, Commonwealth, American and Axis troops displaying at The Wartime Village as well as our amazing Victorian period farmhouse and the rest of the museum for visitors to enjoy. This year sees a change on the music front with Rachel Bea coming along to entertain you all for her first time at The Wartime Village. We are very grateful to Rachel for supporting the event and keeping us all entertained with music and songs from the war years. Please spread the word - This is a small event dedicated to history which helps to support and keep the Victorian Farm Museum open to the public throughout the year. We look forward to welcoming you all to our third year event which has grown from strength to strength. Please visit the web site for more details and get the dates in your diaries. www.thewartimevillage.weebly.com
